1) Multiscale mechanics of composite materials

We develop advanced multiscale simulation frameworks for polymer composites, including nanocomposites and fiber-reinforced polymers, with a focus on capturing their multiphysics properties. Recently, our efforts have centered on data-driven mechanics models that integrate experimental data with simulations, leveraging a range of machine learning algorithms. 

2) ML based materials exploration and development

We explore and develop advanced materials using high-throughput molecular dynamics simulations for diverse applications, including composite materials and semiconductor manufacturing processes. 

3) Advanced molecular dynamics

To address the limitations of conventional molecular dynamics, we are developing advanced algorithms and applying them to a range of topics, including composite mechanics, nanoprocessing simulations, and plasma-facing materials.
